• Simple gasket issues on refrigerator and freezer doors.

When a small audit should turn into a larger investigation

Escalate sooner if you see staining, bubbling paint, warped trim, moldy smell, recurring condensation in one zone, unexplained spikes in water use, or a single room that is always much hotter or colder than the rest. Those patterns can point to hidden leakage, insulation gaps, ventilation problems, or plumbing defects that go beyond quick DIY fixes.
